What is Smash Glass Arts?
We are an arts based non-profit organization based in McClellanville, South Carolina. We work to offer a wide variety of arts opportunities throughout this corner of Charleston County, and many of our projects are truly collaborative, requiring the help of anyone who'd like to lend a hand!
All classes are creative ventures, and include themes of environmental awareness. You could say Smash Glass Arts exists at the intersection of art and sustainability.

All of our projects are free and open to the public. There are no membership fees or hidden costs.
We operate on grants and the generosity of donors, so you're always welcome to make a donation, but that's not required.

Our classes attract a wide swath of the community. Some attendees have been artists, writers, or sculptors their entire lives. Others might never have taken any arts classes before. You'll meet people from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, races, and ability levels.
Classes are meant to be casual and collaborative to encourage all students to excel.
